North American Meat Association is pleased to announce that Mark Moseley will give the keynote address at NAMA’s Meat Industry Management Conference and Annual Meeting in Rancho Mirage, California. Moseley is the National Football League’s Most Valuable Player of 1982 and the current director of franchise development for Five Guys Burgers and Fries. He will speak on March 21, 2014.

As well as being the only kicker ever awarded MVP by the NFL, Moseley has lead Five Guys aggressive franchise growth. The restaurant chain's rapid expansion from just five locations in 2003 to well over over 1000 locations throughout the United States and Canada has made it one of the fastest-growing fast food chains in the United States, with a 32.8 percent sales increase from 2010 to 2011.

"We're pleased to have a keynote speaker of the caliber of Mark Moseley. He has a storied history as an athlete, and is a mover and shaker in our industry, as well, and we're expecting a really fascinating presentation," said NAMA CEO Barry Carpenter.

The NAMA Meat Industry Management Conference and Annual Meeting is to be held March 19-22, 2014, Westin Mission Hills, Rancho Mirage, California. Complete details and registration is available online at http://meatassociation.com/events/meat-industry-management-conference.
