Inventor of the Mixer/Grinder continues to re-invent, innovate & improve

Hollymatic, a leading food processing equipment manufacturer and originator of the first Mixer/Grinder, has continued to expand its line to now include 15 different grinders to suit varying needs. From restaurants and supermarkets to large industrial plants, the company has grinders with output rates that range from 375 lbs./hr. up to 9,900 lbs./hr.

Most recent Hollymatic introductions include five different table top and floor model grinders that have cutting capacities from 375 lbs./hr. up to 1,984 lbs./hr. Perfect for restaurants and supermarkets, all 5 styles are made of 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. Each features quick and easy disassembly as well as heavy duty gear drive grinding systems. They range in size from a small table top Model 12 that measures 17 ½” x 12 ½” x 16 ¼” and weighs 62 lbs. to a Model 52 floor grinder that measures 39 ½” x 30” x 45 ¼” and weighs 263 lbs.

Hollymatic also carries an innovative refrigerated table top grinder that features a high-power, self-contained cooling system. This state-of-the-art grinder offers 37.5º F constant auto-regulated temperature for fresh ground meat.
