Always a staple in the South, acclaimed barbecue restaurants have popped up everywhere from Brooklyn, N.Y, to Portland, Ore., firmly establishing barbecue as one of America's favorite passions. According to the Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association, shipments of grills and smokers reached nearly 14 million in 2013 and 80 percent of North American households today own a grill or smoker.

"People may not always have time in their busy weeks to slow-cook barbecue, but now they can enjoy BBQ that's been hickory smoked for hours in no time at all," said Shannon Gilreath, senior marketing manager for Farm Rich. "Our Smokehouse BBQ products add a center-plate meal option to our popular lineup of frozen snacks, sides and appetizers which families enjoy for their quality ingredients, great taste and convenience."

To celebrate National Barbecue Month this May, select fans can win a year's worth of all the smokin' hot Farm Rich Smokehouse BBQ they can handle. Fans can tweet @FarmRichSnacks with the reason they want Farm Rich Smokehouse on their table, and include the hashtag #DoYouQ? for a chance to win.
