Fortress Technology, a global leader in manufacturing custom metal detectors, is pleased to announce the January 2015 move of their Brazilian manufacturing and sales office to a larger facility to meet production demands for Latin America.

Business has increased dramatically for Fortress in Brazil. A move in June 2012 into a 13,000 square-foot facility was quickly outgrown in only two years.

This new 33,000 square-foot facility will continue to support us in becoming the preferred source of metal detection solutions in Brazil, and Latin America. Fortress Technology has been custom manufacturing metal detection solutions in Brazil since 2005 for the food, beverage and manufacturing industries. The 33,000 square-foot facility located in Vila Rosina, Caieiras, São Paulo will dramatically increase the manufacturing capacity in response to customer demand and the growth its clients are experiencing in the region.
