Wixon welcomes Amanda Hill, Buyer

Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industry, has named Amanda Hill as Buyer.

In her new role, Hill will be responsible for purchasing materials, negotiating pricing, inventory management, and sourcing. She will report to Wixon’s Director of Procurement, Kay Aaseby.

Hill has more than ten years of experience working within the supply chain and most recently served as Senior Materials Manager for Little Lady Foods in Elk Grove Village, Ill. She also held a number of progressive positions in contract manufacturing and inventory control at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours in Beloit, Wis.

She currently resides in Chicago and plans to move back to her hometown of Milwaukee later this summer. In her spare time, Hill enjoys photography and playing volleyball. In addition, she is a licensed EMT (Emergency Medical Technician).
