Hormel Foods launches lower-sodium, thinner-sliced Canadian bacon

Hormel Breakfast Canadian Bacon is 97% fat-free and features thinner slices made with only natural juices. It joins a product line that includes 6-ounce thick, 12-ounce unsliced and 6-ounce Hormel Natural Choice products. Hormel Foods aims to increase Canadian bacon consumer usage occasions with its new package improvements and the thinner slices, which can be easily used for breakfast sandwiches and pizzas. www.hormelfoods.com
