Linde offers the first hygienic IQF tunnel freezer with a patented rolling wave action. Ideal for diced poultry, pizza toppings and more, the Cryoline CW (Cryowave) freezer provides significant cost savings versus flighted freezers, eliminating CO2 snow carryover and improving cleanability. Products that clump or stick to belts can be chilled or frozen at high production rates using the Cryowave technology. The wave action gently tumbles layered products and keeps them separate as they freeze.
