JTM crumblesJTM Food Group introduced several new products at the School Nutrition Association’s (SNA) 2012 National Conference. Highlighting JTM’s SNA launch was an expansive list of the new Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) Crumbles, along with diced and seasoned beef and pork items — both the result of a recent manufacturing expansion at the foodservice provider’s Ohio headquarters facility. The items are positioned by the company as perfect ingredients for “fresh scratch” recipes for tacos, pizza and chili, among other kid-friendly dishes. JTM works with more than 7,000 school districts nationwide, offering more than 150 menu items, and delivering a variety of finished food products. www.jtmfoodgroup.com
