Two dozen leading experts will present 20-minute free presentations on the latest food safety topics including the Food Safety Modernization Act, Global Food Safety Initiative, and a variety of other critical safety topics including HACCP, economic fraud, regulations of allergens and traceability. The Food Safety Summit Resource Center at PACK EXPO will be in booth #7748 at the McCormick Place Complex and will help manufacturers and processors respond to the challenges they face on the job.
