Hillshire Farms goes back to roots in new ad campaign
The Hillshire Farm brand is paying tribute to its farmhouse roots with a new advertisement showcasing the care and craftsmanship that goes into creating Hillshire Farm smoked sausage. The ad, created by Y&R New York, highlights the hickory flavor of Hillshire Farm smoked sausage and the taste and versatility of its smoked sausage offerings. This is the second television spot that is part of the brand's new direction to showcase its heritage, farmhouse roots and enduring commitment to quality.

The new Hillshire Farm ad titled "Hickory" will debut today with thirty-second television spots airing nationally, as well as in markets across the country. In "Hickory," the viewer learns about how the Hillshire Farm brand uses hickory wood and other savory spices to flavor its sausage, and shows how this attention to detail can transform any smoked sausage dish into a rustic feast.
