Cook-in-bag pork carnitas product debuts from Tyson Fresh Meats

Tyson cook-in-bag carnitasTyson Fresh Meats Inc., the beef and pork subsidiary of Tyson Foods Inc., has launched a new marinated pork product, Pork Shoulder for Carnitas. Lean, pre-seasoned pork is packaged in a ready-to-go, cook-in bag with easy instructions; consumers simply place the cook-in bag in a slow cooker or regular oven. Tyson Pork Carnitas makes popular ethnic dishes convenient, with a pork product that is versatile, easy to shred and very affordable.
