Universal Pasteurization to host workshop on high-pressure pasteurization

Network with high-pressure pasteurization (HPP) specialists, HPP users & retail/club store thought leaders at Universal Pasteurization Co.'s 2nd HPP Workshop, April 16, 2013, at the Wilderness Ridge Conference Center in Lincoln, Neb.
Take the pressure off you … Learn how HPP benefits products such as dips, dressings, juice, raw & RTE meats, salsa, and a variety of other products.

 

The workshop includes a tour of Universal Pasteurization and Cold Storage. Interested parties can sign up by calling Mark Fleck at (402) 419-2163 or Jeff Barnard at (402) 419-2161.
The event is limited to the first 100 participants, and early registrants will be entered in a drawing, prize to be announced.

Universal Pasteurizaton Co. was featured on the cover of The National Provisioner's April 2012 issue, and also won the 2012 Plant of the Year award, as featured in the September 2012 issue of the magazine. During the workshop, Andy Hanacek, editor-in-chief of The National Provisioner, will deliver to Universal Pasteurization Co. the award in a brief presentation.
