Monday, June 17, 2013: Dr. William Weldon, Vice President, Global Research and Development and Western Europe Operations, Elanco Animal Health, will kick off the conference with an overview on Making Safe, Affordable and Abundant Food a Global Reality.

Tuesday, June 18, 2013: Dr. Temple Grandin world renowned livestock handling expert and Animal Science Professor at Colorado State University will give an in-depth presentation on “How Can We Improve Communication with the Public?”

Wednesday, June 19, 2013: Dr. Louw Hoffman, Professor of Meat Science in Department of Animal Sciences at the University of Stellenbosch, is the recipient of the AMSA 2013 International Lectureship Award, sponsored by DuPont Nutrition & Health. Dr. Hoffman will address RMC attendees, with a unique look at "Producing game meat to meet international hygiene and food safety requirements in the bush."
