Paula Piontek, Executive Vice President – the Americas, heads the US team of specialists. She has more than 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, regulated by the USDA and FDA. She was the developer and lead coordinator of crisis management programs in the food manufacturing industry and has also developed various supplier quality programs relating to fresh produce, animal welfare, cold storage and distribution, in order to assure adequate food safety and specification compliance is in place.

Brynn Horne, Business Development Manager, will join Paula and focus primarily on the business- to-business side of red24assist. She has made a career of organizing trainings, helping companies to be more sustainable and resilient. Brynn also has a strong background in marketing, public relations and government relations.

The US team also includes 28 highly skilled specialists. They join the 50 additional global specialists that help red24assist ensure a timely response anywhere an incident occurs.
