Meyn partnered with Pilz Automation Safety to upgrade conventional safety relays to a modular safety controller, which will reduce line downtime due to frequent equipment washdown. Modular safety controllers will display specific diagnostic information when water causes a fault in the safety system. The features allow maintenance technicians to pinpoint the exact e-stop buttons at fault, remedy the problem and restart the line quickly and easily.
