The Associated Press reported that Ryan Matthew Silvey, 19, was arraigned Thursday in federal court on charges of transporting stolen property across state lines. Trial is set for July 22.

Silvey was arrested in February by an FBI task force in Olathe, Kan. Authorities told the news service that the occurred at a Dec. 27 party thrown by Tyson's daughter. If convicted, he could face 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Authorities have also issued other arrest warrants in the theft case. The AP reported that Lorenz, 24, has pleaded not guilty to theft by receiving and has been released on $10,000 bond. A warrant has been issued for Bryce Kelly Anderson, 19, who has not yet been located, authorities said.
