Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industry, has announced Leda Strand as Vice President of Research & Development.
In her new role, Strand will coordinate the efforts of Wixon’s Research & Development department to provide superior products and support for the organization’s customers. She will direct product and food technology creation through Wixon’s staff of food technologists, flavor chemists, meat scientists, and research professionals. She will also oversee sensory analysis and Wixon’s foodservice/culinary team.
