The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) today announced that it has received additional commitments from six more of the nation’s top university food science programs to participate in the educational program of PROCESS EXPO 2015, bringing this to a total of twelve schools to date. These latest schools include Kansas State University, Purdue University, Rutgers University, Texas A&M, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and the University of Tennessee. Professors from these distinguished universities will join the 2015 program that already includes speakers from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Iowa State University, Michigan State University, Ohio State University, UC Davis, and University of Wisconsin. These speakers will address critical topics in the food and beverage industry including food safety and sanitation, innovative technologies in food processing, the latest developments in food packaging, and will cover all major industry segments.
The PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY educational program will include over 35 hours of sessions that take place throughout the show during PROCESS EXPO 2015 at Chicago's McCormick Place from September 15-18, 2015 and admission to all sessions is free of charge to all registered attendees.
