At the 2016 Seafood Processing Expo, March 6-8 in Boston, Linde LLC will showcase advanced technology for aquaculture, and a proprietary cryogenic solution for individually quick freezing (IQF) shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and other small seafood items that require high quality, with high efficiency.
On display at booth #2074, the CRYOLINE CW (CRYOWAVE) IQF freezer uses a patented rolling-wave action on the conveyor belt to keep shrimp or other seafood items separate as they are individually quick frozen.
