With a desire to increase emphasis on its robust intellectual property portfolio, food technology leader Aseptia recently added a new member to its executive team. John A. Hudson has joined the Raleigh company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Officer, announced Aseptia President and CEO David Clark.
Aseptia’s patented technologies – AseptiWave and AseptiSense – are dominant pieces of the company’s developing IP portfolio. These innovative, award-winning technologies allow for the processing and validation of a wide range of aseptic food and beverages with better sensory, nutrition-retention, extended shelf life and ingredient profiles while also lowering supply chain costs by reducing or eliminating the need for cold storage.
