Perdue Farms announced it has signed an agreement with the U.S. Army Partnership for Youth Success Program (PaYS). The unique program will provide Perdue Farms with a source of highly qualified applicants for potential employment following their military service. The partnership was formalized in Salisbury, Md., during a memorandum of understanding signing ceremony at Perdue headquarters.
“We’re thrilled about our new partnership with the U.S. Army PaYS program,” said Lester Gray, senior vice president of operations. “We see the partnership as a great way to reach candidates with the leadership skills and high professional standards that we value. As a new partner, we take this commitment very seriously and are excited to provide viable job opportunities to the men and women who have served our country.”
