As part of Vermont Smoke & Cure’s mission to provide supreme quality flavor profiles and do business locally, the company teamed up with neighboring Vermont companies to create their most unique flavors yet. The Hard Cider Bratwurst offers a taste of nearby Burlington brand Citizen Cider’s Unified Press Hard Cider, which is crafted locally with New York state-sourced apples. The Blue Cheese Bratwurst is stuffed with award-winning Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese from Jasper Hill Farm, a world-renowned cheese making facility in the town of Greensboro, Vermont.
