Corn Maiden Foods, Inc., a Harbor City, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 2,133 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) beef products due to misbranding. The products contain monosodium glutamate (MSG) that was not declared on the product labels, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.
The ready-to-eat steak and mushroom pie products were produced from Feb. 3, 2017 to March 29, 2017. The following products are subject to recall:
