Chad Lottman was elected president of the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) during the 79th Annual Convention of Meat Processors and Suppliers’ Exhibition, July 21, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Lottman is the owner of C&C Processing in Diller, Nebraska, and Landmark Snacks in Beatrice, Nebraska. A first-generation processor, Lottman started his business in 1994 at the age of 19. In 2001, C&C Processing doubled its size and became a USDA inspected plant. In 2003, the store was remodeled to include more space for specialty meats, as well as to accommodate a booming deer processing business. After continued growth, Landmark Snacks was opened in 2016 to allow the expansion of a co-packing business.
