Internship program offers students opportunity to gain additional knowledge of the meat industry
Are you an undergraduate or graduate student looking to gain more knowledge and experience in the meat industry?
Last May, the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) launched an internship program aimed at providing opportunities for students and recent graduates to gain additional knowledge and experience in the meat industry.
Both internship and full-time job opportunities are available at local AAMP member businesses across the country, according to Nelson Gaydos, AAMP’s outreach specialist. Gaydos, who oversees the program, works closely with the association’s processor members to place a prospective student with the company.
