PMMI, owner and producer of the PACK EXPO trade shows, and The National Provisioner will conduct a focus group with meat and poultry industry executives on site at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2011 (Sept. 26-28; Las Vegas Convention Center) to determine their priorities in the face of market realities.
“Meat and poultry producers are an important customer base for PACK EXPO exhibitors and PMMI members,” said Charles D. Yuska, president and CEO, PMMI. “This focus group will give us a better understanding of how PMMI and PACK EXPO exhibitors can better serve their needs.”
The group will meet Tuesday, Sept. 27, at the Las Vegas Convention Center to discuss the effects of sustainability, food safety and training on meat and poultry producers’ business practices and buying decisions in light of today’s economic conditions. Industry experts from BNP Media’s The National Provisioner will moderate the group.
The resulting white paper will be produced and distributed by The National Provisioner and also available from PMMI.
