Associations, universities work together to offer Pre-Harvest Food Safety Conference at IPE
To provide the latest information on pre-harvest food safety practices to the poultry industry, the North American Meat Processors Association (NAMP) is partnering with the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY), the National Chicken Council (NCC), Auburn University and the University of Georgia to host a major conference at the International Poultry Exposition (IPE) in January.
This conference will be one of the most thorough explorations into the poultry pre-harvest arena that has ever been conducted, so attendees will find it relevant regardless of other similar events they may have attended previously.
