It comes as no surprise that the companies in the Top 75 Report always seem to have something new going on. Whether it's a new product rollout, a plant expansion or the addition of some new equipment, they are continually looking for the next opportunity or growth market.
Farmington Foods, for example, launched a “Big Shoulders Barbeque” like of ready-to-eat smoked barbecue products, while Byron Center Meats added an IQF patty like to its operations. Vincent Giordano Corp. now pasteurizes all of its products using high-pressure pasteurization, done through a sister company.
