FRESNO FOOD EXPO: March 14, 2013 Fresno Convention Center and Entertainment Center 848 M. Street, Fresno, CA 93721 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Business to Business Portion* 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Public Event** *Only open to pre-registered buyers, closed to the public and industry service providers. The Fresno Food Expo is a unique regional food show that is focused on bringing buyers from the local, regional, national and international retail chains, foodservice distributors, chefs, large government agencies and hospitality to Fresno to discover the wide array of food producers located in the San Joaquin Valley. The buyers will discover more than 100 exhibitors ranging from food producers, manufacturers, growers, winemakers to brewers headquartered in the San Joaquin Valley. The regional food expo will provide buyers with innovative new products, leading-edge packaging and knowledgeable producers of fresh produce, specialty crops, meats, cheeses, sauces, olive oils, jams, nuts, dried fruits, wine, craft beer, baked goods and much more. The evening public portion allows the unique opportunity for consumers to get to know the brands produced right in their community, increasing brand recognition for those companies. Exhibitors: Cost ranges from $500 - $950. Registration deadline is February 15. To register, go to www.fresnofoodexpo.com/registration/vendor.
