Yan will oversee the microbial safety approaches of ThermoDrive belting as they are applied in food processing facilities. Yan has more than 20 years experience in the field of microbiology. Before joining Mol Industries, Yan was a research assistant professor at Michigan State University’s food safety microbial lab.
