Fortress Technology celebrates its 15th anniversary

Fortress Technology is celebrating its 15th anniversary. Since its start in 1996, Fortress has grown into a global enterprise with main offices in Canada, the UK and Brazil serving North America, Europe and Latin America respectively. The company’s latest innovation, the STEALTH metal detector, was introduced at Pack Expo.

The Meat Industry Hall of Fame was created in 2009 to enshrine the leaders and legends whose visions, skills, and dedication have shaped and sustained the meat and poultry industries.

This new annual reception will celebrate the Meat Industry Hall of Fame Class of 2023 inductees in person during the AAMP American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition in Omaha, Nebraska.
