In the fall of 2009 Hatfield Quality Meats released the Simply Tender Portions lines. Now, in response to customers’ needs, Hatfield has made significant improvements to the pork line. Simply Tender Portions are now available in convenient, no-touch, 16-ounce, EZ peel packages, with four, 4-ounce filets or pork chops in each bag.
