Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal

WeighPack Systems has launched its first HFFS machine, the Swifty R2B. The Swifty R2B uses laminated roll stock film to create a variety of different pouch styles including; flat-bottom, stand-up, three-sided seal and four-sided seal bags with or without zipper closures. Designed to handle bag sizes ranging from 3 inches to 8 inches wide and 4 inches to 11 inches long, the R2B runs with speeds of up to 120 bags per minute. Easily interfaced with any type of filling equipment, the Swifty R2B HFFS bagger is ideal for bagging a variety of different products. Standard features include stainless steel construction, Schneider PLC controls and servo motor and OMRON temperature controller.
