Perdue expands its line of CHEF REDI* Chicken Tenderloins

Perdue, Salisbury, Md., is introducing an Extra Small size to its line of CHEF REDI* Chicken Tenderloins. The Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin Fritters offer the same consistency and accuracy in portion count and cost control as the rest of the CHEF REDI* line, the company notes. The select-sized tenders are intended to help reduce portion costs without compromising eye appeal on menus. With an average of 100 to 110 pieces per case, it will be easier to menu the items in wraps, on sliders, in salads and small plate or late-night menus for maximum versatility, the company reports. www.perdue.com
