VC999 celebrating 25th anniversary

Celebrating its 25th anniversary in North America, VC999 is one of the world’s most successful designer and manufacturers of vacuum packaging machines.

Today, its operations here continues growing with a recent 40,000 square foot expansion of its production facility, several new products introduced in the last year and a continuing emphasis on manufacturing in the United States.

“VC999 is committed to our customers and our operations here in the U.S.,” said company President Silvio Weder. “Our first 25 years in North America have been very good, and we’re looking forward to building on our successes in the next 25 years.”

In 2006, the company began construction of an additional 40,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. The addition has enabled faster turnaround times in the production of VC999’s products as well as those of its sister companies, XtraPlast, XtraVac and Perbetum. The additional space also gives VC999 and XtraPlast warehouse area for parts and supplies.
