Bulk Packing

New AccuFill™ Dual Bulking Systems for poultry from Gainco automate the collection of bulk-pack products, delivering labor savings and increased manufacturing efficiencies for meat-processing plants. Products are fed to the bulking system via a conveyor or other material handling device, and then collected in the hopper assembly that is connected to a load cell for weighing purposes. A washdown-mode feature can be activated at the end of production. The dual bulking system also features the Gainco Infiniti™ Plus programmable controller. The unit is NTEP-certified, and third-party tests show that the controller’s performance meets the stringent IP69K washdown standard.
