Doboy extends its range of horizontal wrapping solutions with a Stratus wrapper for light automation. The wrapper is equipped with an inline two-belt servo feeder for automated product handling. The Stratus is capable of handling up to 150 products per minute. A photo eye controls wrapper speed based on product backlog. The accessible infeed module features hinged deck plates to provide convenient, easy cleaning for bakery and other high debris applications. The Stratus is capable of storing twenty digital recipes, retaining information on bag length, dwell time, film registration, and product position. Processing parameters can be recalled instantly to ensure maximum uptime and repro­ducible packages.
