While it features a small footprint, the machine is nonetheless quite robust, handling up to 300 portions per minute in single or multi-lane configurations. Servo controlled and completely accurate, the company’s hygienic design will work quite well in cheese, meat, poultry and fish Factories. Potential applications include bacon, burgers, and sliced products.
