McDonald’s is announcing that it is phasing out the use of frozen burger patties in its Quarter Pounder burgers by next year. The company said that it will begin using fresh patties in its Quarter Pounders in most of its U.S. locations next year, reports the New York Times.
Becca Hary, a McDonald’s spokeswoman, said McDonald’s would “continue to look at the rest of the menu based on what the customers are asking for.”
