Weber Inc. has invited processors using its slicing systems to attend Sanitation Symposium II, a three-day learning and leadership event at its North American headquarters in Kansas City, Mo., on March 22-24.
Seminar presentations will be lead by numerous food safety experts and are intended to share and further develop industry best practices, while also building cross-company networks to solve mutual problems related to hygienic operations. In addition to expert presentations and small-group discussions, live demonstrations of both steam cleaning and wet cleaning will be conducted. There is no cost for Weber machine owners to attend the event.
