At the close of 2013, MULTIVAC celebrated another year of growth. Creating the highest quality machine is one thing, but when paired with the commitment and focus on after sales services, MULTIVAC customers know they are in great hands. Customers experience second to none customer service, as well as the most responsive and highest quality technical service program.

“Our sales staff sell the first machine. Our service staff sell the second, third and fourth.” Jim Campbell, CEO of MULTIVAC Inc. explains. “With the tremendous growth we experienced in 2013, we know we will need to expand the number of employees to handle the higher volume of the coming years.”

With the future in mind, MULTIVAC Inc. will begin expanding existing services. By increasing the number of Sales Regions from two to four, the sales staff will look to remain proactive and reach the customers, rather than wait for customers to reach out to them.

Other changes within MULTIVAC Inc. include the hiring of Sales staff, Technical Service staff and Customer Service staff. This will allow current customers to experience even better quality customer service, while allowing new customers to experience an even greater experience when dealing with MULTIVAC Inc.

The MULTIVAC mission is to be passionately committed to creating value-added packaging solutions that empower our customer to grow, innovate and succeed. In order to continue with that mission, while continuing to grow market share in the United States, an even greater focus must be placed on Customer Service.

MULTIVAC Inc. is the leading manufacturer of thermoform fill-seal rollstock packaging solutions, vacuum chamber systems, traysealers, shrink tanks, and both cross-web and inline labellers for food, medical and consumer product applications. From its US headquarters, located in Kansas City, MO, the company provides strategic consultation, technical design, sales, distribution, and service of MULTIVAC’s complete line of packaging systems. MULTIVAC maintains a comprehensive, on-site parts inventory, and offers 24/7 technical assistance and certified training for its entire line of equipment. To date, the company has designed and implemented over 100,000 packaging solutions. MULTIVAC, Inc. is accessible via the Internet at www.multivac.com.
