‘Here We Grow Again’: Multivac is taking strategic steps for 2014 and beyond

March 26, 2014

Due to rapid growth experienced in 2013, MULTIVAC continues to be proactive in Service and Sales Personnel expansion. MULTIVAC is staying ahead of the growth by hiring quality Sales Team members and Field Service Technicians to accommodate increasing demand, while continuing to provide the level of customer service customers have enjoyed in the past.

As part of MULTIVAC’s newly announced Regional structure, Lou Klemp and Pat Hughes have been promoted from Sales Managers to Regional Sales Directors, taking the number of Regional Sales Directors from two to four. This will allow MULTIVAC to focus more time and attention on each of its’ customers.

On February 10, 2014 Tom Bohmke and Tim Fox were welcomed to the MULTIVAC family as Regional Sales Managers.

“These two new hires are another important step for MULTIVAC to support current and future growth, keeping our current customers happy, while continuing to increase our market share.” explained Jim Campbell, Chief Executive Officer of MULTIVAC, Inc.

Tom Bohmke accepted the position of Regional Sales Manager for the Wisconsin region. Tom brings a great deal of experience in the packaging equipment sales environment. Tom comes from Ilapack Group where he was the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for the past 5 years, managing a 13 state region. “With Tom’s extensive background in packaging and sales territory management, we are certain that he will be a fantastic fit with MULTIVAC.” explained Lou Klemp, Director of Sales, Central Region.

Tim Fox joins MULTIVAC as the Regional Sales Manager for the Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota region. Tim has a great deal of experience in the packaging equipment field, most recently as a Midwest Regional Sales Manager with Harpack-Ulma, where he maintained an eight state region. “With a packaging sales and support background, Tim will make a great addition to our sales team. He will step right into a region he is familiar with and we look for him to make an immediate impact.” stated Lou Klemp, Director of Sales, Central Region.

“We are extremely happy to welcome Tom Bohmke and Tim Fox to the MULTIVAC family.” explained Matt Malott, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “These men have proven themselves as sales professionals, and they are sure to be an outstanding fit in the MULTIVAC organization while helping us to continue our sales growth.”
