The PMMI membership elected three members to four-year terms on the PMMI Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors chose its Executive Committee for 2014 at PMMI’s Annual Meeting this week.

PMMI Nominating Committee Chairman Rick Fox, President & CEO of Fox IV Technologies Inc. presented the slate of candidates to the membership.

"In vetting our selections for Board posts, we consider a number of factors, including activity, company size and location," said Fox. "Our goal is for the Board of Directors to reflect the composition of the PMMI membership."

The new Board members’ terms will begin January 1, 2015, and end December 31, 2018.
PMMI's new Board members are:

Wayne Goldberg; President; Econocorp, Inc.
Econocorp, Inc., is located in Randolph, Massachusetts. The company joined PMMI's General Membership in 1963.

Emmanuel Cerf; Vice President of Sale; Polypack, Inc.
Polypack, Inc., has been a General Member of PMMI since 1977. The company is based in Pinellas Park, Florida.

Jonathon Titterton; Director of Sales and Marketing; Bosch Packaging Technology, Inc.
Based in New Richmond, Wisconsin, Bosch Packaging Technologies has been a member of PMMI since 1961.

The members of the current Executive Committee, in place since January 1, 2014, will continue to serve in their present positions for a second one-year term, Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2015.

The Board of Directors of PMMI also welcomed 29 new PMMI member companies today. The board voted on the new members during its Sept. 15 meeting, held in conjunction with PMMI's 2014 Annual Meeting.
