The burgers are made with 100-percent turkey and seasonings; are shaped with irregular edges to provide a handmade appearance; moist when cooked; and are 160 calories each.Cooking times range from 10 to 18 minutes, depending on whether the patties are skillet-fried, oven-broiled or charcoal-grilled. Those times are comparable to frozen ready-to-cook beef burgers, enabling consumers to serve beef and non-beef eaters at the same time without worrying about synchronizing the cooking schedule for different cooking speeds.
