MEAT-TECH, the most important exhibition for the international meat industry in 2018, covers an increasingly wide array of industry offerings. Encouraged by the new exhibition project and the joint scheduling with IPACK-IMA (both shows will be held from 29 May to 1 June 2018), leading companies from across the entire supply chain are booking space at the show. These include not only suppliers of processing machinery and technologies but also companies that produce ingredients, materials and equipment.

MEAT-TECH 2018 is also strengthening its position as the key exhibition for companies that supply solutions for packaging and fresh food conservation, one of the most dynamic segments of the food industry.

The exhibition will also host two new special areas. The first, MEAT+ Cold Chain Solution will house technologies for the cold chain, essential the world over for preserving produce before, during and after processing. The second, MEAT&More, will focus on equipment and materials for production, cutting and packaging of meat-based products, which are increasingly used by industry as well as by large retail chains, shopkeepers and restaurants. These types of equipment and products guarantee excellent quality in preparing produce and increase their shelf life and compliance with health standards.

MEAT-TECH 2018 will also benefit from an extensive promotional campaign that aims to boost networking between exhibitors and visitors. One of the most innovative tools is the highly effective “My Matching” online platform for organising targeted one2one meetings between supply and demand, which makes participation in the show even more fruitful.
