Hoegger acquires assets of the ANCO bacon press business

Hoegger Food Technology, Inc. has acquired the assets of the ANCO bacon press business from SPX Corporation.
The transaction took place on June 19, 2015, and the assets haven been integrated into the operation of Hoegger Food Technology, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN.

The ANCO bacon press product line will become a part of the Hoegger product offering and is providing us a more
complete machine offering in the processing of bacon. Hoegger and ANCO presses will be serviced by our dedicated and competent after sales service staff.
