Landcrafted Food announced today that it is expanding its product offering to include flavors for the more adventurous, spice-of-life-seeking consumer. New Habanero BBQ and Spicy Cajun Smoked Beef Sticks join the recently introduced Original and Sweet smoked beef sticks.

All four flavors of Landcrafted Food Smoked Beef Sticks are made from 100% grass-fed cattle - and are gluten-free and GMO-free. Landcrafted Food cattle are raised without added hormones or antibiotics, on the company's small consortium of farms in the Grayson County, VA area. The products are made at a newly-constructed company-owned smokehouse and processing facility in Independence, VA, which employs 11 local community members.

The meat snacks category continues to grow at a rapid pace, and is currently approaching $3B in annual sales, according to recent Nielsen data. Growth in meat snacks is far surpassing that of potato chips and other traditional snack foods, as shoppers increasingly look for higher protein and more natural snacking alternatives.

"We believe millennial consumers, who are driving the trend toward more daring flavors, will eat these new products up," says Gary Mitchell, managing partner and farmer. "By purchasing Landcrafted Food products, they are also directly supporting sustainable cattle farming and natural, small-scale food production, which is especially important to younger generations."

Landcrafted Food is exhibiting and sampling its new beef sticks at the Natural Products Association's Expo East conference, taking place this week in Baltimore, Maryland. For more information, visit www.landcraftedfood.com.
