House Agriculture Chairman K. Michael Conaway (R-TX) has introduced H.R. 2393, a bill to repeal mandatory Country of Origin Labeling requirements for beef, pork, and chicken products.
Tom Vilsack said that there may not be a fix for the country of origin labeling rules that have come into conflict with the World Trade Organization’s rules.
