Cantrell offers Rotary Separators for feathers and offal

Cantrell’s Rotary Separator System features both a Rotary Separator for feathers and one for offal for use in poultry processing.

The Cantrell Rotary Separators separate the offal or feathers from the transport water. The offal is collected and sent to rendering plants, where it is processed into high-protein meals or liquids for use in animal feed or biofuel.

Both machines feature perforated or wedge wire stainless steel drums and are chain or belt-driven. Each comes in a standard 38-inch diameter size, but both are available in other sizes. Lengths vary upon application.

On the offal separator, the stainless steel augers ensure the offal is moved through the separator quickly.

Both models can be equipped with automated drum cleaning accessories.
