The system offers broken-edge appearance, natural hand-formed texture and a “fresh from the kitchen quality.” And it has the flexibility to switch from HomeStyle™ patties to other products without dedicated lines. Portion control of plus or minus .5 percent and the optional paper feed add to the value.
